We searched for the illusive BBQ truck that we had heard so much about in recent months. Unfortunately we own our own restaurant which made it hard to get there on the weekends, but we called ahead on Sunday evening and Tex could not have been more helpful. We are a couple that seeks out BBQ and it is certainly hard to find anywhere on the East Coast, never mind the lehigh valley. All the guys in the kitchen stayed late to wait for the food to get here and weren't we thrilled when it did. Everything was amazing, the perfect smokiness and slightly sweet sauce. Each thing was just as wonderful as the next. So much so that we are trying to convince Tex to cater our wedding and we have added him to our website as recommended places to eat. Get there as soon as you can and I guarantee you will find yourself making the trip. Just fantastic

     Well, all I have to say is that it's the best barbecue I have ever tasted. When I met Tex last year he kept telling me about his brisket, and me being the Italian I am, only knew pasta. Well, it only took one bite 'til I was hooked. The meat just falls apart in your mouth. It is so juicy and cooked to perfection that it is hard to have just one sandwich. I eat about 3-5 sandwiches a week. Also, the special sauce gives it that little special punch to put this sandwich over the top. Take my word, this will be the best brisket sandwich you will ever eat. And who says you can't find good Texan food above the Dixie line. Tex and Barb, I tip my hat off to both of you on a job well done. You have a customer for life. Thank you for all the great food this past year. Lookin' forward to many more.

    Every Friday at work Tex brings in two brisket sandwiches for me. Well, one Saturday around lunch time I went to the frig for a soda and to my surprise, I had forgotten to eat my second sandwich from the day before. It made my Saturday. To have one of Tex's brisket sandwiches is the best lunch in the world. Juicy and tasty and no need to ask "Where's The Beef?"

Tex asked me if I ever had a Texas BBQ sandwich and I said no. So he gave me a brisket sandwich with homemade BBQ sauce to try and from that day my life has changed. Now when I have other BBQ or BBQ sandwiches they don't taste the same and don't even come close. If it was up to me I would make sure everyone trys a Tex's BBQ brisket sandwich. It would change how you eat for the rest of your life. Thank you for everything you've done for me.

I met Tex where I work. The minute he said hello I knew he was from Texas. Being from Texas myself, I needed to know where to get some good brisket. Sure enough he was the go to man. Even living there I have never had such good brisket like Tex and Barb make. Believe me, saying that the food is fantastic is such an understatement. Their food makes me feel like I'm back at home! The homemade BBQ sauce is to die for! If they ever moved to Texas I would have to tell all the BBQ places to watch out because they wouldn't be in business anymore! Everyone needs to taste the delicious and tender brisket and ribs too! As long as I'm in PA you have a customer for life! Thanks for everything ya'll!

Well, it's time that everyone know just how good Tex's food is. Yeah, you've tried other places like that new one in Allentown. Maybe you even went to that fancy one in Philly. Even Ottsville has a bbq place. None of these places can compare to Tex. Why you ask? Because Tex cares and it shows in the quality and taste of his brisket, pork and all other products he prepares. Yep, it is time that everyone know. Now you do..

Go ahead and bury us now ‘cause we’ve already had a little taste of Heaven! That Texas BBQ by way of Pennsylvania is the best beef brisket we ever layed tongue to. And who said the taste of Texas couldn’t come out of PA? Mama’s Special BBQ Sauce is out of this world. Barb, you have outdone yourself. It has a little kick with some secret ingredient that really tops the brisket off. Thanks for turning us on to a fabulous product. I have had BBQ all over the USA. Tennessee, North Carolina, Texas, Virgina. I would consider myself a lover of fine BBQ. Some of the best I have ever had was here in the Lehigh Valley. I could not be happier that Texas came to us. My mouth is watering just thinking about the perfect home made sauce over the brisket sandwhich and ribs. Do not forget a side of baked beans, they are not to be missed. I will be back.
